The normal excuse for not doing exercise and not having a good shape for the people today, mostly is because the people believe that they are in the busy world. They always said that they are too busy. There aren’t time for me to rest. They are so tried after long hours they had already spend in workplace. Some housewife would have their excuse like I am tried after I have to taking care of her kids whole day. However all of these are totally the excuses. Except your doctor has told you that you are the one who should not do any exercise. There are activities or physical fitness that should be a main concern for everybody’s daily schedule. The key is to realize that your health is the most important part of your life, and you should put it as a first  priority.

The greatest way to keep in shape is to be engage in some sort of physical activities on a regular basis (at least 3 times a week). If you can obtain a sports activity like swimming, tennis, racquetball, basketball, baseball, softball, running, or karate that you enjoy this is just as effective as a regular exercise. If there is activity that you enjoy, there will be a chances that you might think that it’s a it’s something you enjoy chances are you won’t think of it as hard work and will look forward to doing it.
